Horsemanship is a big part of the curriculum at Hixville stables. Learning how a horse communicates is the most important part of learning how to be one with these beautiful animals.
Quality education is more important than the quantity of lessons here . We are a relaxed but very well versed in safety , and teaching the rider to respect the horse as well as the horse respecting its riding partner.
Riders have an opportunity to ride within the smaller arena and/or a round pen to the 100x 175 foot sand /clay arena . Learning the skills need to progress with confidence.
